Psychological Thought now indexed by the DOAJ

Psychological Thought is now indexed by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The aim of the directory is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact. Only journals exercising peer-review or editorial quality control are included.

Psychological Thought (PSYCT) moreover received the SPARC Europe Seal for Open Access Journals. PSYCT qualified itself for the seal by using the Creative Commons By (CC-BY) license which is the the most user-friendly license and corresponds to the ethos of the Budapest Open Access Initiative. Furthermore PSYCT provides metadata on article level and thereby increases the visibility of its content and allows OAI-harvesters to include details of the journal articles in their services.
